Become a Peer Coach
Not every role here is behind a desk. Our Peer Coaches are the human center of Chaperone: trained, supervised people who walk alongside someone who’s struggling. It’s a distinct path with its own training, support, and application process.
Peer support is connection, encouragement, and practical guidance from someone who’s been there. It isn’t therapy, clinical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis counseling. When someone needs more, Peer Coaches help them get there.
